Star War: Shattered Faith (Series Pilot)

A reimagining of the Star Wars universe for a new audience. Character-driven, mature, and packed with hard-hitting action, this story takes the foundational mythology George Lucas created and refracts it through the lens of our modern world.

As a galaxy-wide “world war” looms, Cora — a grungy teen — runs away from boarding school to join a rock band of refugees and misfits, led by her recovering spice-addict grandfather.

Short on money and caught between collapsing powers, the group is pulled into the geopolitical chaos of a galaxy where the Jedi aren’t the pure heroes they claim to be — and the dark side may not be the only evil.

I wrote, directed, and showran this 30-minute series pilot — leading development, casting, and post-production, including a custom VFX pipeline and original score.

Geopolitics in 60 Seconds

Over the past year, I’ve worked with Ukrainian and American journalists to help tell the story of Russia’s full-scale invasion through short-form video. These TikToks combine on-the-ground analysis with historical and political context — breaking down global flashpoints in under a minute. This is the first step in a larger multimedia effort to document one of the most pivotal conflicts of our time.

Ukraine’s 2014 Revolution and the Path to War

In 2014, Ukraine rose up and overthrew its Russian-backed regime, demanding real democracy and a future aligned with Europe. This mini-documentary dives into the Maidan Revolution — the clashes, the music, the momentum — and shows how that defiant spark helped ignite Vladimir Putin’s obsession with crushing Ukrainian independence. Told through gripping footage and a cinematic tone, it sets the stage for everything that followed.
